Boby was a comic strip i did for a local independent magazine
from my town of Ensenada. The concept is simple...and i use the
word "is", because i plan on bringing it to American readers (after
minor tweaks of course) It quickly gained a following around the
town. But the lack of communication from the editor turned into me
stopping production of the comic strip. But who the hell cares! I
think that this will be a great comic strip to explore. So, here you'll
get a taste of it.
Boby is our center character...he's the one with the "smart ass"
look on his face... the comic has a blunt sense of humor and, in
some way, it goes against the idea of pop culture. The first
samples of the comic strip you'll see are still in Spanish... the
reason is because I'm too damn lazy to translate them into
English. So if you speak spanish...you'll get to enjoy them... If
not...sorry, you're screwed. Please be patient, I'm working on the
tweaks and translations for you. For now...well...at least the
drawings are cool to look at.
